Join us for a sound bath meditation which uses sound as a tool to cultivate and support deep relaxation. The listener is” bathed” in waves of sound which can relieve stress and anxiety by calming the mind and body as they lay down and relax.

Equipment Needed: We encourage attendees to bring a blanket, a mat, or anything you need to be comfortable while laying down.
Classes are FREE and open to the public. Ages 18+ preferred.
