Event Description: “Summertime Fun” Popup Event – Come hang out around our big shade tree as we kick off the Summer with this event. Several local business owners & vendors join us at the Pecan Street Plaza to sip Lemonade in the shade, listen to some great music and shop with artisan offerings! • Event Date Saturday, July 1st 2023 • Event Time 2:00pm – 6:00pm • Event Location 401 West Pecan Street, Suite E, Pflugerville, TX 78660 • Registration for a FREE Gift & Pick it up at the Event: • Vendor Space Details & Fee 1. Option A ($45 - Outdoors) - Vendor will need to provide their own 6’ table; table cannot exceed 6’; spaces are outdoor, under covered & shaded area; no electric provided; Vendor advised to practice COVID Protocols (hand sanitation/solutions, mask wearing, etc.…). 2. Option B ($55 - Indoors) - Vendor utilizes 4' Table Space inside Gallery One Point Fashion Facility; Spaces are air conditioned and have electricity; Vendor advised to practice COVID Protocols (hand sanitation/solutions, mask wearing, etc.…). 3. Option C ($55 -FOOD Outdoors) – Vendor will need to provide their own, One-two (1-2) 6’ tables with 10x10 tent; spaces are outdoor, with limited electricity provided; Vendor advised to practice COVID Protocols (hand sanitation/solutions, mask wearing, etc.…). 4. Option D ($65 -FOOD Indoors) – Vendor will need to provide their own, One (1) 6’ table inside; Space is inside Gallery One Point Fashion Facility; Space is air conditioned and has electricity; Vendor advised to practice COVID Protocols (hand sanitation/solutions, mask wearing, etc.…). • Vendor Requirements – 1. Deadline is Saturday, June 24th before 4pm • Vendor Setup - Vendor arrival can be at Noon; break down no sooner than 6:00pm
