Please join us and other church leaders at our next Empower Church Network Forum on Thursday, May 18, 2023, as we hear from Brian Stroh, executive pastor at Hillcrest Church in Sioux Falls. Brian is also a Maxwell Certified Leadership Team speaker, coach, and trainer. A continuing post-Covid challenge for churches and nonprofit organizations is volunteer recruitment, development, and engagement. Brian will address these topics as we explore these questions: What do we need to address in our leadership to improve volunteer recruitment?What are some current best practices to find, retain and train volunteers?How are you sharing your personal growth with your organization's volunteers?Attendees will get answers to these questions and more while playing the Leadership Game, a fun and interactive leadership experience. The program will be from noon-1 pm. Lunch will be ready to be served at 11:50 am. Please bring a couple key leaders from your congregation and join us for lunch and conversation. Empower Sioux Falls strives to bring local Christian churches together to significantly increase the impact of the Church in bringing hope to those in poverty. We desire to encourage Christians to make an even bigger impact in our community through enhanced: Education, Collaboration and Coordination.
