HOST: Bonnie Gilgallon Bonnie is an award-winning actress who received the prestigious Bill Kulhman Award from the Desert Theatre League in 2013. She hosts a weekend entertainment show, “The Desert Scene” on Radio 111. Past guests include Peter Marshall, Debbie Reynolds and Linda Ronstadt. Her first CD “If I Love Again,” was released in 2018. Bonnie writes theatre reviews for CV Independent, and was honored with a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars in May 2017. HOST: Jeff Barnett Jeff Barnett has performed on numerous stages across the country, playing in some of our top venues. He made his professional debut in the original San Francisco company of Les Miserables, going on to appear in Godspell, Jesus Christ Superstar, 42nd. St., Follies, Into the Woods, 1776, Chicago, Beyond Therapy, and many more. He has enjoyed working with and singing for such luminaries as Leslie Uggams, Sidney Poitier, and Sean Connery. Pianists Robert Ollis (Musical director) is a Palm Springs/Chicago-based musician and has served as Music Director for a number of productions of Girlfriend, The Things I Could Never Tell Steven, Southern Comfort, A Man of No Importance, The Nance, The Boy From OZ, Priscilla:Queen of the Desert, A History of Summer, The Book of Merman and Under A Rainbow Flag by Pride Films and Plays in Chicago. He was musical director for his award-winning Kiss of the Spider Woman, and received Jeff Award nominations for seven other shows. Robert helped create Judy & Liza: The London Palladium Concert - a Tribute for Nancy Hays, ans has accompanied performers including Donna McKechnie, Capathia Jenkins, Andrea Marcovicci, Nick Adams and Alexandra BIllings. at cabaret and concert venues in New York City and Chicago. Vocalists: Shelby Victoria is thrilled to be performing in Razzle Dazzle. She’s always had a passion for theatre and hopes to pursue film, as well. Her last projects include Luisa in “The Fantasticks” at College of the Desert, Christine in “A Chorus Line” for MTU’s 10th anniversary, and Liat in “South Pacific “ with Desert Theatricals She thanks her family and friends and cast for supporting her! May 4 Tod Macofsky studied theatre directing at UCLA, and has performed in shows for many cruise lines, including Holland America and Royal Caribbean. He recently toured the U.S. in a musical based on an anti-bullying campaign. He regularly performs at PS Underground in Palm Springs. Tod has been seen on several game shows, including "Jeopardy" and "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire." His new cabaret show, 1963, premiered at the Arthur Newman Theatre in Palm Desert in April 2023. May 18 Jerome Elliott is known nationwide in the cabaret community for his signature blend of storytelling and song. Always seeking to refine his craft, Jerome has participated in major cabaret conferences throughout the world, including the 2008 International Cabaret Conference at Yale University, directed by the late New York cabaret impresario Erv Raible, and the 2019 Mykonos Intensive with Lina Koutrakos. He has performed in venues in New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, St. Louis, Chicago and Seattle, as well as clubs throughout the Desert. In addition to his passion for singing, Jerome is Artistic Director of Desert Ensemble Theatre, now in residence at the Palm Springs Cultural Center. Since 2016, Jerome has received a combined 10 Desert Theatre League Awards in directing, acting, musical theatre, and cabaret performance.
