Join us at one of Bakersfield's most unique walking paths at Panorama Park. Enjoy a gentle stroll along an accessible path as you take in the views of the Bluffs and make new friends along the way! What is a "Moai?" It is an Okinawan term that means "meeting together for a common purpose." Walking Moais promote improved health and social connectedness. This group will be hosted every Wednesday at 9:00am from May 17th until July 19th for an approximately 30 minute walk. Meet at the parking lot of Panorama Park at the corner of Panorama Drive and River Blvd. Participants will receive a t-shirt on the first day and a certificate and gift card upon completion.
