***Beginning spring 2023, our Wellness Wednesday evenings of mindfulness and self-care will take place on third Wednesdays of the month at Latinx with Plants in Boyle Heights.*** Join us for a relaxing evening with healer, Neil Belen on May17 from 6:00 p.m .- 7:30 p.m. at Latinx with Plants, located at 2208 Cesar Chavez Ave. in Boyle Heights. Neil will share an auditory meditation using crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments to guide you into a meditative state. You'll leave feeling peaceful and rested. Tip: Bring your own mat to sit or lay on our floor for the duration of the experience or borrow one of our mats (while supplies last). If you cannot get on the mat, join us as you are (pull up a nearby chair)! This workshop is recommended for ages 15+ and no prior experience is necessary. Space is limited, registration is required.
