About BlakelyBlakely Abigail Bryant was born 5 weeks early on Aug 24, 2022, weighing 4 pounds and 5 oz. She was born with a rare congential heart defect called, hypoplastic heart sydrome, which means the left size of the heart is extremely underdeveloped. After birth, she was transferred to Egleston and has remained there and undergone several surgeries and procedures. The family is working with a transplant team as they work to stablize her enough to be a candidate for a heart transplant. A note from the family: "We have seen miracle after miracle and are praising God in the valleys and on the mountain tops. We have a long road to go but proclaiming and believing in a full recovery for our little red headed warrior. Thank you all for your support.
