Learn basic principles of personal protection in this 2-hour workshop. Topics covered will be how to effectively strike and attacker along with defense against grabs, chokes, and strikes both standing up and on the ground. Recommended age: 14 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
