The History of the Paranormal Exhibit, curated by Brian J. Cano (Paranormal Caught On Camera, Haunted Collector), arrives in Shepherdstown, WV at the War Memorial Building. Shepherdstown, as seen on Ghosts of Shepherdstown featuring Nick Groff and Elizabeth Saint, is well known for its paranormal activity resulting in the town's billing as most haunted in the U.S.! Do you have questions about the paranormal? Do you watch the TV shows and wonder, "What's it really all about? Where do I begin?" Here's your chance to find out - look back to where we've been; look forward to where we're going. Immersive elements and interactive displays bring you up to speed on all things paranormal. Come out to the Hunt to meet Brian and view the exhibit. The exhibit has hours (listed below) Friday through Sunday. All are welcome! But that's not all! On Saturday night get ready to roll up your sleeves as we will be heading to nearby Shepherd's University for a four-hour ghost hunt. Surprises await as you hold the key to "unlock" certain areas for investigations. You won't want to miss out on this rare opportunity! If you just want to come see the exhibit, select "EXHIBIT ONLY" at checkout, but for the most complete experience, choose the "SATURDAY NIGHT HUNT" option to have unlimited access to the exhibit, and the investigation! EVENT SCHEDULE:FRIDAY EXHIBIT- WAR MEMORIAL BUILDING3pm - 9pm: History of the Paranormal Exhibit open to attendees. Paranormal discussion groups and Meet & Greet with Brian. Last entry at 8:15pm. SATURDAY EXHIBIT - WAR MEMORIAL BUILDING11am - 5pm: History of the Paranormal Exhibit open to attendees. Paranormal discussion groups and Meet & Greet with Brian. Last entry at 4:15pm. 5pm - 8pm: Dinner Break (Venue closed) SATURDAY NIGHT HUNT - SHEPHERD UNIVERSITY8pm - Midnight: SATURDAY NIGHT HUNT - Brian will lead you on a four hour investigation at the historically haunted Shepherds University ( 301 N King St, Shepherdstown, WV 25443). Check-in on campus at Reynold's Hall which is within walking distance from the War Memorial Building. Suitable for all experience levels. Ages 13+. BONUS!!! While the investigation will kick off at Reynold's Hall, it need not remain there. Attendees will have the opportunity to "unlock" access to TWO other areas. How, you ask? It's simple. As more people sign up, more access is available! So bring a friend and help unlock Miller Hall where legends of a young Victorian girl await and then it could be off to... 😱 . The destination is in your hands! SUNDAY EXHIBIT - WAR MEMORIAL BUILDINGNoon - 3pm: History of the Paranormal Exhibit open to attendees. Meet & Greet with Brian. Last entry at 2:15pm. Let's Talk TarotIntuitive Tarot Reader, Claire Marie will be present during exhibit hours to give readings and share the history of the tarot with attendees. Readings are included with admission to the event, but tipping is strongly recommended. Frequently Asked Questions:Q) What do I do during the time between the exhibit closing and the hunts? A) Go eat, enjoy the area, and prepare for a great evening investigation! Q) Can I bring equipment to the investigations? What if I don't have any? A) You may bring your own hand-held equipment if you wish (no DVR systems, stationary cams, or anything that requires set-up), in fact, it's encouraged! But if you don't own any,no worries, as there will be gadgets present to see and try. Q) Do I have to choose which hunt location to go to? A) No, as the locations are unlocked, they will be open and available to all Hunt Ticket holders. Q) Is the Exhibit ONLY ticket good for one entry only? A) You may use the exhibit ticket to enter and exit as many times as you wish during the times the exhibit is open. Q) I bought a hunt ticket, will there be time during the investigation for me to view the exhibit? A) No, the exhibit is closed for the evening hours while the investigation is underway. All hunt tickets come with exhibit admission, so plan to visit it during the day on either Friday or Saturday.
