Join us for an evening of Food, Wine and Fun as Chefs Enza and Michael Huff demonstrates a few of their favorite Italian dishes, all paired with Italian Wines to compliment your dinner. We'll start with Arancini's, rice balls filled with meat sauce or cheese, then they will show you the classic hearty italian dish Rigatoni Bolognese and we'll finish with raspberry Panna Cotta dessert, each course paired with a glass of wine to compliment your meal, our local wine rep will be on hand to inform everyone about the paired wines that evening.
