FSC CrossFit is partnering with Oregon Mobile Physical Therapy to offer a free Knee Mobility Clinic. The clinic is designed to help athletes improve their knee mobility and stability, with a focus on preventing injury and improving performance. The clinic will take place on Saturday, May 20th, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at FSC CrossFit. The clinic will be led by a licensed physical therapist from Oregon Mobile Physical Therapy, who specializes in treating athletes. Athletes will learn a variety of mobility exercises, techniques, and drills to improve knee mobility, prevent injury, and enhance overall performance.
