Join us for an IN-PERSON Chair One Fitness Instructor Certification class in Newport News, VA! We'll be teaching you all about leading chair dance fitness classes so you can help make exercise accessible to people with all types of mobility issues. Our classes are great for seniors, injury/surgery recovery, those with cognitive issues, pregnancy - ANYONE that has difficulty with standing exercises. We choreograph our routines to fun music and create a dance vibe, while including moves that will help people with daily activities. It allows them to get fit while having fun! We will be teaching you everything from why and how we do what we do to figuring out who you want to focus on, securing classes, modifying classes to fit your participants, choreographing your own routines and everything else you need to start offering Chair One Fitness classes immediately. You'll walk out of the class certified to teach Chair One Fitness, loaded with a toolbox of new skills and the confidence to start making a difference in people's lives. And you'll have had a good time in the process!
