Myofascial release (MFR) is an easy form of self-care that can support the overall health and vitality of the body. It’s an accessible style of self-massage using therapy balls and props designed to target commonly tight areas of the body. The benefits of this practice are limitless, it can re-establish healthy movement patterns in the body, assist in a fluid range of motion, help prevent injuries, and improve athletic muscular recovery. This will be a relaxing practice combining gentle yoga poses and MFR techniques to unwind stored tension in the body and train the nervous system to relax. Everyone is welcome, no previous yoga experience is needed.
