6th Annual Tough Kids ChallengeCALLING ALL KIDS & FAMILIES!Sunday, June 11, 2023  **new location** Former Westport High School, 17 Main Road, Westport, MA 02790 Advance registration is $20 per person (ends June 10, 2023) Day of registration is $25 per person Waves start at 10:00am. Last wave starts at 12:30pm. Proceeds benefit the WES/MAC PTO!  We encourage kids to form teams on their own and decorate Team t-shirts.  Teams can simply sign up for the same wave start time and run together.After four years, we are excited to bring this event back. Thank you for all the great support and enthusiasm for this event!!!Join us for a 1/2 mile obstacle course designed for ages 4 and up.  This will keep long time runners challenged as well as allowing family and friends to better see their runners in action!   Work your way through 15 fun obstacles such as climbing walls, running through the tire pit, crawling through the mud and much, much more!  Sign up as an individual or create a team with family and friends and get ready for an exciting outdoor challenge!  We encourage parents to register and run alongside their children.  Choose a team name, design your own team shirts and wear them with pride! There will be a basic wash up facility provided for those getting muddy, so we encourage participants to bring towels and a change of clothes. Food, drinks and event t-shirts will be available to purchase. All kids crossing the finish line will receive a special token of recognition. FAQs Is there an age limit to enter the event? This event is limited to those age 4 and up. What are my transportation/parking options getting to the event? There will be no public transportation to the event.  Parking will be limited.  Please do not park on public streets.  Additional parking is available at the new Westport Middle High School, 400 Old County Road, Westport, MA 02790. There will be a shuttle bus provided during the event on a continuous loop. Due to the popularity of this event and limited parking we encourage teams to car pool, if possible.
