Mother’s Day Brunch There's no better way to let Mom's know you care then to cook a delicious meal, in their honor, with them in the kitchen.  Whether your Mom was a great cook or not, spending time with her in the kitchen is always something special. Join us as we craft three courses to honor this very special lady. First we'll carve delicate slices of beet cured salmon paired with asparagus, a poached egg, Hollandaise and salmon caviar. For the entrée we'll pan roast a breast of chicken atop creamy polenta with roasted red grapes, rosemary and Balsamic vinegar, and to finish a lemon & vanilla panna cotta with strawberry basil compote. $59.
