This program will involve hands-on instruction during activities to show the kids where they should be positioned, and how to best execute the athletic movement. They should expect to work on all-around athletecism as well as teamwork.

11:00am - 2:00pm (30 minute lunch break; students need to bring their own lunch)
Open to all students in grades 3-5.
