Tha CommUNITY is a multibrew initiative that aims to get more people of color into the taproom and brewing industry. We do this by brewing good beer that tells a story and use local and black owned ingredients. A Whiskey Barrel Aged Belgian Blonde will be featured at this event. Uncle Nearest Whiskey donated 4 whiskey barrels that Tha Community and Munkle Brewing placed its house belgian blonde beer in and let it sit for 8 months. You'll get a multitude of flavors from this beer from cedar to floral to honey. Da Hot Box 843 will be serving food at the event while DJ Shae Balboa will be spinning the tunes. We will also be having a silent auction of the whiskey barrels used to make the beer during the event.
