Style & Grace is a group show that brings together dynamic artists who explore the resilience, strength and persistence that is endured in the pursuit of self-actualization. Coded in these works are narratives that help us to understand our value. The artists, on the leading edge of contemporary culture, not only define the values communities' hunger for but have garnered the respect of institutions because of their discerning taste and connection to humanity. They have an uncanny ability to connect and communicate which can be palpably felt in the art they create. 7-9pm: Immersive Exhibition and Gallery viewing on the 3rd Floor Artist Meet and Greet with Octavia Yearwood, Amani Lewis, Morel Doucet, Indigo Suave9-12pm: After Party on the Rooftop Live Music with DJ Vitto Von DonVitto Von Don is a Miami resident DJ and EDM producer. His debute track ‘Alone’ released on September 14, 2018, showcased Von Don’s electric sound. The positive response inspired him to create two remixes. His original tracks are available on all streaming platforms and Beatport. --- We are at a precipice where diversity of beauty and rich culture are being affirmed and we are seeing humanity as it truly is. These works portray the stories of those who allow themselves to sit inside freedom, inside the spirit of love. They serve at a level that makes those who encounter them have to reach for their authentic power. The exhibition tells a story that represents the world from a global perspective. It reminds us of our ability to make something out of nothing and how from our pain and trials we create beauty; we create community, art, literature, jazz, gospel, hip hop, style and grace.
