Description

This event is created with people leaders in mind — from the frontline supervisors to the executive suite and everyone in between. Cultivating an inclusive workplace culture takes intention and strategy and it's solidified through the small, everyday actions and interactions between folks across your organization. Join Ken James from Muskegon Community College and a panel of experienced practitioners from across West Michigan in discussing best practices, strategies & tactics people leaders can do to cultivate inclusivity within their team and the broader organization. As the keynote speaker, Ken will build the bridge between the importance of data and assessment and creating an inclusive workplace, and panelists will share tangible examples of their successes and challenges along their journey while fielding audience questions.
