Mother's and Daughter's will spend the afternoon spending time with one another learning how to take care of our physical health; our bodies in a clean and non-toxic way and how to keep ourselves safe through hands on, real-world self defense training! Cost is $15 for a pair; $5 for every extra registrant. Door prizes, raffles and refreshments will be provided! Join us and learn together with the most important lady in your life!
