WHAT TO BRING: Bring your favorite grilling items &/or a dish or beverage to share with about 6 other people. Please make a small sign for your dish that discloses if it contains any of these common allergens/restrictions: dairy, gluten, eggs, meat/chicken/fish, nuts/peanuts, MSG, preservatives, food colors, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, soy, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, PARKING: Drop off your food/grilling items at the main house and then go out to main road, turn right & go 100 feet to campground entrance & park in Visitor Parking Area (anywhere behind the brown buildings). CARPOOLING/RIDE-SHARING: One of the best ways to meet a new friend, save gas money & the planet is to carpool/ride-share. When you register, please let us know if you are willing to give rides to men who need a ride and/or are willing to carpool, and also let us know your home address & cell phone number so we can share those with people who live near you & want to carpool or need a ride. WAITLIST: On the day of, please contact Dan, our host at 413-770-6411, if you cannot make it , cancel last minute, will be late, or get lost. We want to be able to allow people on the waitlist to attend if you can't. SCHOLARSHIP FUND DONATIONS: In order for Q-MoB events to remain accessible to all queer men, regardless of their income, we invite you to make a one-time or regular monthly tax deductible donation to our Scholarship Fund. It is only through your generosity that we can guarantee scholarships to all who are in need.
