An Earthday Outdoor Group Breathwork experience to connect with the earth. Breathwork is a practice of intentional breathing. Much like meditation where you observe your mind and focus on the breath, breathwork is a similar practice that allows for more movements and rhythmic oral breathing. This outdoor breathwork practice will encompass mindful movements, stretching, music, and intentional breathing. Everyone is welcome. Breathwork is known to reduce anxiety and stabilize your mood. Increasing the oxygen in your body also helps with the respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
This breathwork session will be facilitated by Briana Rose, a certified Breathwork practitioner. With over 10 years of meditation experience she leads with an intention to help people reconnect with their bodies and connect with nature.
