Join us in person at 1158 West Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN 46385 for a morning of relaxation and rejuvenation. Our experienced meditation instructors will guide you through a peaceful meditation session designed to help you connect with your inner self and find inner peace. This event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and unwind. We can't wait to see you there! Just bring a yoga mat/towel and water bottle. This event will be held outside.
