Food Truck Challenge on Sunday, May 7 , 2023 noon-5pm to commemorate Mama Ninfa's birthday. Mama Ninfa paved the way for the Mexican restaurant industry in Texas by introducing her famous tacos al carbon. The challenge for our Chefs is to create a dish inspired by Mama Ninfa . We want to celebrate the history and transformation of Houston's passion for multicultural food, by each chef adding their own unique flavors to their sample taco.
