After four long years, we are excited to welcome you back to our annual Spring Garden Party! Join us for an afternoon of spring blooms, building community, Get Up! reunions, and a great time. Live music in our gorgeous outdoor classrooms performed by Emilie Rainesand the Angel Island Jazz ClubWood fired pizza made in our cob oven by Joel Baeker and Ian Marks of Pizza PolitanaBeer and wine from Woods Beer and Wine CoFarmstand featuring local goodies and garden startsSilent auction including Golden State Warriors tickets!Short program featuring Odin Zackman, creator of the Get Up! garden training programHelp us raise $10,000 to support our free and low-cost public programs. GFE is a local gem, open from dawn until dusk every day of the year, and we need YOU to help keep it staffed, accessible, and beautiful. Garden for the Environment (or GFE as we're known in the community) is a teaching and training garden transforming more than 3,000 youth and adults each year into compost educators, environmental stewards, and advocates. Three years ago, we were forced to cancel our 30th Anniversary celebration due to the COVID pandemic. We are excited to celebrate the more than 45,000 people who have come through our programs in the last 33 years.
