This is a healing time and we are deeply immersed in the opening of Spring. I welcome you to this event of deep relaxation where we will resonate healing sound vibrational energy. Sound healing practitioner, Pat York will guide us in deep toning and vibrational energy using the resonance of our voice, quartz crystal and alloy bowls, a gong, harmonium and chimes.Cost is $45/person or $80/couple. Wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and/or bolster for lying on the floor, or you can choose to sit in a chair. Bring water, crystals, journal and anything that would make you feel comfortable.Meet Pat York:Pat York is a musician, sound healing and energy practitioner living in the Carbondale area. She brings her extensive musical background into her sound healing practice. She offers the healing sounds of alloy and crystal bows, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic instruments.
