When everything goes wrong, human instinct often resorts to fight or flight. And when escaping is no longer an option, we tend to revert to our primal skills to save us. Join Adrenaline Self Defense and The Women's Defense Company in this empowering, one-day, reality-based self-defense class where we will work alongside our own natural primal instincts in order to become better equipped to thwart an attack. This class will focus on: Creating the Defensive MindsetMovementProtecting OurselvesIdentifying Vulnerable TargetsDelivering Devastating StrikesBreaking the Attacker’s WillSurvivalThis class is open to males and females ages 12 and older. There will be a 1-hour break for lunch. Students must have a signed waiver to participate.
