Former World Champion and perennial top ten contender Eddie Chambers (43-5) will headline a new fight series, Clash in the Burg, being promoted by Lion Heart Boxing Productions, Ltd. in association with its local partner Travel Champs. Born in Pittsburg on March 29, 1982, as Edward Chambers, Fast Eddie Chambers is an accomplished American professional boxer. He has a "fight everywhere and fight everyone attitude." As a result, he was able to fight everyone who was anyone in the course of his career. Chambers has even challenged for a unified world heavyweight title, in 2010 against the top fighter of his generation-Wladimir Klitschko. Chambers was ranked as the fourth best heavyweight in the world by The Ring Magazine in 2009 and he has the honor of being ranked in the Top Ten longer than any other heavyweight in Boxing history. The main event will feature Chambers while the co-main event will feature the 6'6" Latin Heavyweight sensation Martin Paredes (6-0), both against opponents to be announced. The Undercard will feature Lion Heart Boxing Productions talent such as Ukrainian Heavyweight and Two Time New York Golden Gloves winner Iegor Plevako (7-0) as well as numerous local boxing favorites, including one of the Perez Brothers. The fight will be held on June 1, 2023, at the beautiful and historic Forum Auditorium in Harrisburg, PA. Tickets are reasonable priced and start at $30 -40 for General Admission (Level 300 and Standing); $60 for Reserved Seating (Level 200) and $100.00 for Ringside Seats (Level 100).
