This 5-Course Meal hosted by The View @ Pepperrell Cove Wharf features delicious local seafood with an emphasis on sustainable aquaculture & traceability. The menu, artfully crafted by The View's executive Chef, Eides Ares, features New Hampshire's own Gulf of Maine Conservas' Tinned Fish & Eel and Hidden Coast Shellfish's exclusive Gundalow Oysters. Natural wine pairings, expertly selected & provided by Maine's Devenish Wines will be served with each course.
Gulf of Maine Conservas' Good Food Award winning, premium Tinned Fish are pole caught & sourced exclusively from the Gulf of Maine while their Tinned Eel is sustainably raised & sourced from American Unagi.
Hidden Coast Shellfish's farm fresh Gundalow Oysters are eco-consciously farmed in Little Bay, New Hampshire.
