Please join KELLEY STRONG (Debbie, Shawna and Izzy) to raise funds to allow Dr. Kevin Elias of Brigham and Women's Hospital (Debbie surgeon) to continue his research. His work is devoted to the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, novel treatment approaches based on polymer chemistry, and in vivo models of gynecologic malignancies, including choriocarcinoma and ovarian cancer. Dr. Kevin Elias has been with me every step of this journey. I must say he is one of the most devoted, smart, driving, caring and honest surgeon's I have ever met. I have no doubt he will someday cure this dreadful disease. He has been by my side everyday of this battle. Let's help him raise money and awareness. #Beat Ovarian Cancer. This is a family friendly 5 K Run/walk to fundraise and raise awareness for early signs of Ovarian Cancer. The walk/run will take place along Baxter BLVD. Multiple raffles after the race so stick around (will be drawn off BIB #'s). $25 entrance fee . Fundraising and donations are welcome but not required. Come as an individual or bring a whole team. Debbie and the girls will be walking right alongside you. It will be a fun morning including raffles, face paint, tattoos and super energy in an effort to beat Ovarain Cancer! T-shirts for the first 100 registrations.
