Date and Time: Tuesday, May 9th from 7pm-8:30pm (please arrive 15 minutes early, if possible, to get settled in so we may begin on time) Location: Nanticoke (Upstairs in GSU) Notes: Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket to lay on. Water and snacks will be provided. Sound healing is only available to CHC students, but will open up to the entire campus community (2) days prior if space is available. Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. Sound Healing Sample
