The Delaware Department of Agriculture is hosting a saniation workshop taught by International Fresh Produce Association. This one-day training will focus on cleaning and sanitizing on produce farms. This training is for produce growers/farmers, food safety manangers, farm staff/workers, and regulators. The training will cover sanitary design for equipment and tools on farms, recordkeeping requirments, and how to select the proper sanitizers and cleaning options for your farm.
