We are honored to be hosting the fourth Jonathan Greenfield Memorial Wim Hof workshop in Westport, CT! Jonathan founded Breathe 4 ALS with the dual mission of spreading the word about the benefits of the Wim Hof method as a way to improve the lives of people living with ALS and raising money for ALS research. This special event will be held at the Greenfield residence and led by Michael Christoforo. The in-person attendees will be limited to 30 people. Michael will teach the science behind this revolutionary modality, the fundamental breath exercises and opportunity to experience the benefits of cold exposure - AKA an Ice Bath. Note: the Ice Bath is strictly optional for participants. In-person participation donation is $225 per person. Participants will receive a copy of Jonathan's coffee table book "90's & 00's In North America" as well as a pair of Breathe for ALS pajama pants.
