Rhode Island's own Mermaid Jessie Jewels will be making a visit for some mer-mazing fun! The one-hour mermaid visit includes storytelling, games, interacting with Mermaid Jessie Jewels and photo opportunities. About Mermaid Jessie Jewels: A lifelong resident of the Ocean State, Mermaid Jessie Jewels was crowned Miss Mermaid Rhode Island in the Miss USA Mermaid pageant. Her platform is helping to keep bays and waterways swimmable and sustainable for the local ecosystems. She is a trained beach captain for Save the Bay Narragansett, where she helps to organize beach cleanups and provides education on environmental protection. Jessie was featured in the Mermaids and Mermen of RI 2020 calendar, which benefited Biomes Marine Biology Center to help feed all the fishies and other critters they care for during the pandemic shut down. *After your visit, admissions to Blissful Selfie Spot will be available at a discounted rate for all participants.
