Hey Ladies ! Come Unbig your backs with me down at Euclid Beach Almost all summer long . I will be providing drinks and other things you can purchase to go along with your workout . You will need a yoga mat because we will be on the ground in the grass . The workout will not require equipment but you can bring yours if you would like to . This is the perfect time to get some sunscreen! Warm up starting at 10:15am I made this in hopes to bring moms in the area together to get rid of our mom bodies and make some new connections!
