Wok Cooking: Moo Shu This class is part knife skills and part wok skills. First, we will start by preparing your protein of choice (pork, chicken, tofu), then work on julienning a variety of vegetables; finally mixing up the delicious savory sauce that pulls the whole dish together. Once all the prep work is done, it is short work in our woks. Served with Mandarin Pancakes.

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest. Please select the proper ticket type as there is an additional cost.
