We've invited certified holistic health and wellness coach, Preeti Mattoo of Well Adorned, to guide us in the exploration of:
Eating for Joy: The Power of Intuitive Eating
Participants will learn about the ten principles of intuitive eating, which include rejecting the diet mentality, honoring hunger and fullness, and respecting one's body. They will also engage in experiential embodiment exercises and guided meditations to help them connect with their physical sensations and emotional responses to food, and to develop a greater awareness of their own unique needs and preferences.
Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and insights with others, and to receive support and guidance from the facilitator. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a deeper understanding of their own relationship with food and the tools they need to continue developing their intuitive eating skills beyond the workshop.
Worksheets, small bites, and tea will be provided.
