Calling all women-Who wants to feel empowered? Who wants to do yoga on a luxury rooftop?
Let's lift each other up with an energizing yoga practice! The class is designed to stretch, strengthen and de-stress. All moves are highly adaptable, and all levels welcome.
It’s a “Girls’ Morning Out”- Kick off your weekend with other women seeking to feel strong and empowered, while releasing physical and mental tension through movement and camaraderie.
Our practice will be about 50 minutes, networking, and refreshments after class.
Your instructor, Laurie Dakin, is a health coach, personal trainer, and fitness entrepreneur. She believes, “Committing to be fit and healthy has helped me stay positive and successful. I want to share that with the rest of the world. Health and fitness are in my DNA. It’s the one constant that gives me the feeling of empowerment.
