Hey Mamas!
Let's start May off with a fun new walking location, and enjoy the beautiful River!
I am so excited to add a Power Walk/Jog into the mix of what we do here at The Mama Monthly.
I know for me, I like to have a blend of activites in my life and sometimes I just need to kick it up a notch.
This walk is for you if you are ready to get back to working out, and are looking to do it in a fun, free, low pressure way.
We will meet at the park area of Garcia Bend, and head up to the levy from there. Once we get to our "starting point" I encourage you all to go at your own pace and push yourselves.
We will run/jog/power walk out about 15 minutes and then turn around and head back, so we will have a fun 30 minute workout.
After, there is ample shade, an amazing playground, beautiful grass for the kiddos to play, and if you're like me a nice post run stretch.
