My dear friends, True creativity and healing come from an open heart. When you enter the flow state, you are in the present moment. There are no thoughts about the past or the future. Just bliss. This is the opposite of being in fight, flight, freeze, and it is incredibly healing to the body and mind. The more you enter this state, the more you train your mind to exist in it. Cacao and creativity are two potent portals to the inner world, where the deepest Love and bliss exist. Add in the beauty of being in nature, and you'll be in the prime state for relaxation, inspiration, and energetic healing. Join me as I lead you to the door of your inner world, with cacao and a creative meditation journey designed to take you deep into a flow state, safely and with support. This will support your creative endeavors, as well as your own emotional and physical healing journey. Channel your creative spirit, enjoy the bliss of being in creative flow, and tap into the healing powers of cacao and a conscious creative community. All materials will be provided. Maximum of 13 people at this event. It is recommended that you fast for at least 2 hours prior to cacao ceremony. Please bring a blanket to sit on, water and snacks (if you desire), a mug for your cacao, and cozy clothes, as we will be outside.
