Join JBN’s Carol Booth for a fun family picnic and playtime with singing, movement, and puppets. Lag B’Omer is a holiday in between Passover and Shavuot known for outdoor picnics and games. We will enjoy the wonderful playground and picnic area at the park. JBN will provide light snacks, and feel free to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy as the event is ending. Registration is not required, but if the weather is bad this event may be canceled, so please register to be notified of any changes. This event is free, but please consider a $10 donation to help support all of our wonderful programs. We know babies can be unpredictable, so please show up when you can! You do not need to be a member of any organization to attend this event. We will be taking photos at our events for future publicity and images will be used without names. If you prefer not to participate, please tell a Jewish Baby Network staff person at the event. Our programs are designed for families with children aged 0-36 months, but please bring the whole family! We have great snacks, art supplies, and play spaces for older siblings too. We welcome everyone, including unaffiliated, single and multi-parent, multi-faith, multi-ethnic, multi-abled, and LGBTQ+ families. Registration is appreciated but not required.
