Our parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles, introduced us to TRUE soul music during our early stages of life. Those sweet melodies rung throughout the house while cleaning (recognized as "cleaning music"), as we danced the night away at basement parties, or during a family gathering, playing a hand of spades. Music from the old school shaped us all. It especially molded recording artist Ke'Ira, and she credits her grandfather (affectionately known as Paw Paw) for a huge portion of her love for old school music. Guests are invited to a live performance of music that influenced Ke'Ira artistically, while showing tribute to the patriarch of her family.
