There will be limited seating for this class. Enoch's Stomp owner and winemaker, Jon Kral, will lead us in a fun but serious approach to furthering our education in all things wine: deduction, wine aroma, wine tasting, appellations, terroir, etc. The concept is simple: Attendees are to bring a bottle of wine of their own choosing, whether expensive or cheap, commercial or artisanal, local or of a land far away. We will blindly taste and discuss each wine, collectively expanding our palate and knowledge base. Membership is free (other than a bottle of wine). We will grab a bite to eat from 6-6:30pm, with a suggested $10 donation to help offset food costs. 6:30-8:30 will be committed to formal blind deduction and teaching. Then there will be a speed round with tasting and quick grading of wines brought by class members.
