The chardonnay grape contains notes of pineapple, baking spices over creamy butter, and a hint of vanilla. * 2020 Pinot Grigio - Vibrant aromas of fresh Bosc pear, white peach and transports you to the middle of a large fragrant citrus grove. The enticing aromas lead to a flavorful palate with white pear, orange blossom, and floral notes. The wine is rich and fruity but well balanced with crisp acidity. * 2020 Sauvignon Blanc - Captures fruity aromas of citrus, mango, and a touch of lime along with earthy characteristics of freshly cut grass and hay. On the palate, there are notes of tropical fruits, guava, and passionfruit. The wine is balanced with crisp acidity and juicy flavors with a lingering finish. The Reds: * 2018 Merlot - Aromas of blackberry, vanilla, and cocoa. Plenty of richness here, with cherry, black currant, ripe plum, and blackberry. Notes of spice flavors, sweet herbs, anise, and roasted coffee. Totally dry, and the tannins are ripe and velvety fine. * 2018 Tempranillo - The traditional flavors of earth, leather and spice are evident from this old-world varietal with expansive aromas of black cherry and vanilla and flavors of coffee and mocha mingled with fresh cranberry and rhubarbs. * 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon - A full bodied, ruby colored wine with flavors of red raspberry and black cherry followed by notes of currant, anise, and even violet wrapped herbs.
