Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with Bridget from Nowadays Flowers, Naomi from Nectar + Vessel and Paige from Paige Lindsey Design for a master workshop experience filled with floral history, education, design and watercolor painting! Get excited to learn, arrange and paint beautiful Spring tulips! Education - Bridget, Nowadays Flowers: In this workshop, you will learn all about the unique and vibrant varieties of tulips, beyond what you’d find at the grocery store. Bridget from Nowadays Flowers will chat about the history and meaning of tulips, as well as share tips for easily growing your own, so you can bring these cheerful, beautiful blooms into your home every Spring! Floral Design/Arranging - Naomi Azriel, Nectar + Vessel: After the tulip education portion of the workshop, Naomi from Nectar + Vessel will share her floral design expertise on how to arrange the different varieties of tulips to create your very own beautiful floral arrangement to put on display in your home! Watercolor Painting - Paige, Paige Lindsey Design: The last part of the workshop will be dedicated to discovering our creative side with watercolors! Paige from Paige Lindsey Design will teach you her watercolor tips and tricks and help you create watercolor tulips. Paige focuses on watercolor education, exploration and embracing mistakes in order to feel empowered and inspired to create your own beautiful watercolor pieces! No painting experience needed, all painting levels are welcome to join in on the fun! The only requirement is an open mind and an interest in learning something new. Let’s laugh, paint, and have fun together! All painting materials are included. *Each participant receives a bundle of tulips from Nowadays Flowers to play with and take home. Additional tulip stems and bundles will be available to purchase after the workshop if interested.
