Get out your dresses, suits, and shirts with the bows, polka dots, animal prints, ruffles, neon colors, plaids, and sparkles for the ‘bad prom to support a good cause’! All ticket proceeds will be donated to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. This is something that has affected my family first hand and we truly believe in supporting this organization to help other families avoid tragedies like our own in the future.
The event will include appetizers, desserts, a cash bar, photo area, DJ, prom king and queen, raffle, prizes, and more! This is a 21+ event. Come single, with friends, or with a date - you are sure to have a good time!
Our story: On February 22nd, 2023, our lives changed forever. I found myself living a mother’s nightmare. My ex-husband, who I had once loved and been married to for 10 years had tried to take our son’s life and ended up taking his own life by suicide. This put my son through a horrendous tragedy and left him without a father. We knew the man that committed these acts was not the man we knew and loved; it was the mental disease that had taken over his brain and body.
Suicide prevention is something that is near and dear to our hearts. We hope with your support, we can help others to avoid situations like ours. It’s our goal to help others get assistance and find happiness in life!
We hope you can attend our event!
