Description

Stereotypes and unconscious biases are the results, in part, of the human brain’s need to categorize and store a vast amount of information. While everyone has unconscious biases, they can create problems when they surface in our discussions. In this implicit bias training, parents can see how unconscious biases can distort decision-making and learn what they can do to avoid making snap judgments about people that can affect relationships and the joint search for the best solution for the student.
