Caltrans District 3 will be holding a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for the Chico Clean Ca Beautification & Safety Project (03-2J8104). The project is estimated at $2,960,000 and has a 12% Small Business and a 3% DVBE requirement, small business preference(s) apply. The purpose of the Mandatory Pre-Bid is to inform small businesses (Small Business Enterprises, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises) of subcontracting opportunities. This meeting will offer networking opportunities with prime contractors with the intentions of increasing participation of small business firms in Caltrans infrastructure projects. Small Businesses are highly encouraged to attend this FREE event. Don't forget to bring your business cards and capabilities statements. The contractor must have either a Class A license or the following Class C license which constitutes a majority of the work, C-8.
