Courageous Compassion" takes us beyond "self-care" into an intentional compassion for ourselves as we care for others. It enables us to care deeply for our family members or patients while confidently setting boundaries, communicating our needs, and remaining true to ourselves.
We will explore how embracing the 5 C's, (curiosity, consciousness, courage, clarity, and commitment) empowers us, strengthens our resolve, and fuels us to continue caregiving while experiencing greater joy, less stress, and improved relationships at work and at home.
