I RISE is a euphoric movement and empowerment experience meant to wake up the parts of you that are longing to come alive. In what ways have you held back your own authenticity, your creativity, your confidence, your abundance? In what ways have you played small afraid to rise and spread your wings? Afraid to jump off the cliff that has kept you stuck on the edges of your own limitations? Does your body feel stiff, ashamed, afraid to take the leap? To be free? Join Saba and Joel on Friday, May 19th for an unforgettable euphoric journey into the deepest realms of your soul. Using group activities, ecstatic dance, and music you will RISE into your most confidently alive self. The part of you that's in divine flow with the dance of life. You will journey through euphoric movement and a live-curated mix of tribal house music to create safety in your body, spread your wings, and see yourself for who you really are. We will practice ecstatic dance and intuitive free-flow movement. Expect to drop into your body allowing the music and your intuition to guide you. If you are nervous about dancing in a public setting, believe that you have no rhythm, and/or feel insecure in your body... This is the perfect event for you and I would love to change your mind. I wholeheartedly believe that if you have a body - you were born to dance. How safe and free you feel and move in your body is a direct reflection of how confidently you move and take action in all other areas of your life. If you are nervous about moving, this is the perfect opportunity to get outside of your comfort zone to experience the power of ecstatic dance. When we take a leap of faith into the uncomfortable areas of our insecurities to explore a deeper mind-body-soul connection - MAGICAL things happen. This is a safe space for you to explore something new and walk away empowered AF. Also, your eyes will be closed for most of the journey and I will be guiding you every step.
